This system receives production instruction data from ALC via FTP, and the distribution server expands it into distribution data for each manufacturing process line and stores it in a database. The expanded distribution data is sent from the distribution server to the PLC (G/W) of each manufacturing process line. The G/W transmits the data in response to data requests from the manufacturing process equipment PLC.
